In November of 2014, I was in a car accident while turning left. The accident left me shaking with adrenaline as I quickly called me mother in shock. This moment was one of the scariest moments of my life, so naturally I had to include it as one of my summer projects. The accident was perspectively not horrible. Yes my car was financially totaled, but it was an older car. Neither I or the other driver was hurt. This piece ultimately helped me grow in my use of prisma colors. The car was actually black, so I used dark purples and blues. I was able to improve my techniques as a colored pencil artist. Overall I don't love the piece but I think that it really helped me improve my use of colors.
