This is my fourth concentration piece. The picture is of a roller coaster at Busch Gardens. I love the rush of adrenaline you feel during and after a roller coaster ride. The piece is a painted in acrylic paint. I started painting the background first. I really like the how the clouds and trees turned out. I used masking tape to get the straight lines in the poles of the roller coaster. I tried to use movement throughout the piece to keep the viewers eye moving throughout the piece. In this piece I had the most trouble with the roller coaster itself. I ended up making the roller coaster slightly blurry to try to show the movement of the roller coaster. I still don't love the roller coaster and may go back and redo it again.
